The EPA compiled the list to enable the public to choose products that have shown to be effective and are appropriate for their specific circumstances. ESS has demonstrated that Pro Oxide can kill coronavirus on hard surfaces and the EPA has verified Pro Oxide’s efficacy and validated ESS’ claims.
Available nationally, Pro Oxide® is one of few chlorine dioxides on List N and is the only commercially available CLO2 product using the novel catalytic process, which reduces the toxicity of Pro Oxide and makes it the safest product to be used in food processing spaces. Moreover, the other products DO NOT convert the CLO2 gas back into emulsion suspensions.
